The dimensions were 60ft long by 8ft 9ins wide by 12ft 4 5/8ins high.

The diagram number which is not shown on these plates was 2167.Whilst the plate states that the vehicle was built in 1949 all books published on these vehicles state the date as 1950. It could be that the frames were built during 1949 but the vehicle was not completed until early 1950. If anyone knows the real story then the 'Friends' would love to hear from you. It is also assumed that the 'M' at the top of the plate stood for 'Midland Region' |
