The 'T' shows the total number of bags collected as well as the number of extras, 'E'. The collection point was at Loughborough station. The 'VIA DERBY' states that the bags are to be transferred at Derby for the '1st Division'

The label would be attached to the final of the five bags, which would have contained registered mail, any express mail, signature mail and a bill (one will be published here soon) which listed the detail of the contents. The box at the top right gives the date and time of collection, these being 4th October at 7.20pm
